I heard recently that half the houses in Cambridge have sump pumps. If there isn't much of a yard into which to discharge the water, then some of this is inevitable. I think the best you can hope for is that the water is not discharged onto an active sidewalk (which this one is not).

Public works is working with the owner to resolve storm water compliance issue with the owner. We will update this case once issue is resolved.
