CITIZEN CALLED TO REPORT THAT THE STREET IS FLOODED, THERE IS A BAD ODOR BECAUSE OF THE STANDING WATER, HER PROPERTY IS DAMAGED AND THE CURB IS MISSING - STATED THIS IS AN ON-GOING ISSUE

That's nothing new been doing that for years. Have th same thing here on Manistique between Jefferson & Essex the drains are all plugged with debris and old grass clippings that have never been cleaned up. When is the department going to send out a truck to unclog the drains.
