There is water run off coming from a covered drain at the top of our street. I'm not certain if it's connected to recent culvert work done on southhall or not. But water continuously runs all day, everyday to the nearest drain.

S. There is continual water running from one drain to another on our street. There is a covered circular manhole that water comes out of and runs to the nearest storm drains
