Please re-stripe Whitney Ave. The cross walk, center divide lines are completely gone. You can not see the lines when it’s dark or when the road is wet. The section in front of elite elementary is really bad as well as the section in front (just to the left) of the north vallejo community center. The lane dividers are complete rubbed off and with all those parked cars people drive in the middle of the road. Thank you!
