I call this in after reading this post before it fell and hit someone in the head. Seven hours after it was first report the city did not acknowledge it. Another reason why it is better to phone in situations like this, then post and mention it was phoned in.

It was very breezy this morning and the sign wasn't moving so it didn't seem like it would fall right away. But I'll keep that advice in mind.
