  They can back today,.removed the cones for the hole that is 3ft deep, parked a new dumpster in the same spot and created more damage.

  Please get in touch and tell the developer to find a better place for this dumpster.

  The engineering division has been in contact with the general contractor for the project at 52/54 Lyman as they are the party responsible for the dumpsters. They have been directed to hire an approved contractor to repave the damaged section of roadway. The City is currently under a winter construction moratorium which will be lifted April 1st (maybe sooner depending on the weather forecast) for any work in the right of way. As such, this work will be completed April 1st at the earliest.

  The dumpster company is currently receiving quotes from pavers to complete the roadway restoration. I will provide an update when they hire someone to complete the restoration. Engineering staff will inspect the work to make sure it is to City standard, hoping to have this wrapped up by early May. Thanks for your patience.

  This is what excellent customer service looks like. This is an extremely complicated issue involving the coordination of state and city agencies and privates companies.

  Bravo for to Ahmet for tracking all of it, coordinating a solution and reporting back on a regular schedule. It’s just great.
