Description

I guess the city would rather have people run through a red light than to fix the malfunctioning system wide problem. This specific problem in this case is a vehicles on central coming from Derby Avenue. Do not always get the greenlight. Often times a vehicle coming from the other direction which should be Edgewood Avenue
