So what does this response mean ??? Is the Office of Code Compliance going to contact the owner or will nothing be done about this ?

The inspector can see the rear of the property from my property. They can view it firsthand from my fire escape, which is how the photograph was taken. Rodents have been entering my premises, and I believe this is one place where they are nesting. In the picture, the debris from their property has fallen onto my property.

I will be calling today to set up an appointment for an inspector to visit your home.
