Hello,
The vacated two story green house across the street from 532 6th Ave N. has had on going construction in the house for 2 months. Does the construction company have permits? They are constantly blocking the alley way behind the house with their trucks.
There has been a "potta potty" in the back yard of the house for months which is causing a disgusting smell for the neighbors and the neighborhood. Has it been emptied lately? In addition, it is attracting homeless people to the area using the potta potty. Can the potta potty be moved to a more hidden area on the poperty or moved to inside the house?
The construction company removed part of the back yard fence and replaced it with a tacky bright orange construction fencing. Leaving the construction mess for all to see.
In addition, there is a large dumpster in the back yard. Is the dumpster under codes of compliance?
Please have the owners of the home and construction company be more respectful for the neighbors of this area.
