As far as contacting PWD on this, you need to refer these as a hazardous street or side walk issue. PWD needs to send a crew ASAP to clean up all the dangerous auto glass.

FYI, I do realize these break-ins are an OPD issue, not a PWD issue. I'm using See Click Fix to create a record of the incidents and generate public awareness of this problem so that neighbors can advocate to OPD for enhanced prevention/enforcement (such as the installation of cameras). Unfortunately, SCF doesn't allow police reports so I am reporting these incidents under the "Other" category, which is routed to PWD.
