Description

The owner of the property installed an asphalt driveway from the highest point of his property, closet to Bayside Beach road. Their installation/actions have now created a slope for the water to run directly down his driveway and cause excessive water to be dispersed on a 40 mph roadway (Bayside Beach Road). This is a safety issue for both east & west bound travel lanes of Bayside Beach. When does logic overrule personal need??? Please publish the AACo Permit numbers that permited the installation of this driveway slope. Additionally, where is the grading and water management permit numbers.
For the duration of time that has been spent doing this work, where was the county inspectors? I see the AAco County marked vehicles travelling on Bayside Beach daily. Why wasn't a "Stop Work Order" placed against this Property Owner?
It is time County Fines are issued to the property owner and the worked performed removed. Also, the Contractors who performed the work should also be fined if a permit was not issued by the county.
