Willow St is a disaster for nearly it's full length. From the I-91 ramps to Whitney Avenue, especially the eastbound side, the street is in need of full milling and paving rather than filling the holes.

We received your issue and will address it as soon as we can. Willow Street is on 2015 spring schedule to be repaved and we will patch potholes until that time. Thanks for reporting.
