There is water pooling near the fire hydrant where Beaver Street meets Beaver Alley. There is a drain grate and a manhole next to the hydrant. I also hear running water underground right near the hydrant that seemed to be coming from the manhole just near the hydrant. The photo shows the pooling water between the hydrant and the storm grate.
