Due to vacant property and owners recently moving car parts and other junk into the front yard homeless have consistently begun to come onto the proposed to steal and sort through items. Thy are also loitering for longs period of time (sometimes camping out) in the front of the property while trying to enter the padlocked back area. Neighbors directly on either sides of the property are affected by the vagrancy and theft because the homeless seem to be escalating their trespassing and attempts of theft in the vacant house. Camera footage shows they are not deterred by padlocked fence or lights and seem to be turning their attention to the surrounding properties.
