Update from Parks staff: The Parks and Recreation Department only provides dog waste bags in the city dog parks - staff refills the dog waste bags at those locations every day, sometimes twice a day, depending on usage. If the neighborhood association for that area would like additional stations within Crescent Lake park, they would need to be responsible for the program and the cost which would include providing the stations, providing the bags and refilling the stations daily.
