Description

This stretch of sidewalk on Jefferson Street for some reason is slate, and in very bad disrepair. Sections are broken and sticking up, unsafe to walk. Lots of foot traffic and really should have concrete sidewalks for safety here. Next to church and across the street from commercial building.
