Despite the property advertisement being changed to minimum 30 day rental term, tenants are continuing to rent short term - sometimes one week or less. We believe the tenants are being told to keep their vehicle in the garage to avoid detection which makes it difficult to obtain tag numbers. This property owner has flagrant disregard for code compliance.

Check VRBO comments on the house where tenants confirm they have occupied the property for a week or so.

August 28th, numerous vehicles dropped off numerous teenage girls (possibly 20 or so) for an overnight sleep over party.

If what you say is true - Is it causing you a personal problem or are you just wanting to identify a code violation? There are over 4,000 Short Term Rentals (STR) in Pinellas County right now. Did you know that STRs are legal in the eyes of the Federal, State of Florida and County Governments? Find something real to complain about such as noise, trash or crime.
