I just wanted to say thank you for the quick response to my issue. I don't know who to thank but the debris was cleaned today. The concern about the rat infestation on this property is still there though. This property has been vacant with little to no maintenance for roughly 4 1/2 years. So far at this property there has been broke in, the A/C condenser stolen leaving crawl space exposed to animals, illegal dumping and at times you can see rats scramble out structure.
