Construction
Lawn Equipment - residential (7:00 AM - 8:00 PM)
Power Tools - residential (7:00 AM - 8:00 PM),
Aircraft Activities in a public place,
Stadium Events,
Parade Spectators of an event,
Authorized Emergency Vehicle,
Church Bells or Chimes when used as part of a religious observation/service.

This request wasn't invalid. Under section 30-9, the defense for construction/excavation is for work taking place after 7:00 a.m. These people began work at 6:15 a.m., thus violating the Noise Ordinance.
