I do not believe this issues should fall on the tax payers to spend hours dealing with OPD. The RV is parked illegally on a city street so it is the responsibility of PWD to deal with contacting OPD and parking enforcement. PWD has the task of cleaning up illegal dumping on city streets and sidewalks and as the photo clearly shows this is going on. This a public heath and safety issue. As a taxpayer I have high expectation I do not want the buck passed back to the citizen who reported this issue. Get these freeloaders off the streets.
