The sidewalks on Washington Circle, west side, between K St & Pennslvania is completely covered with ice, dangerous, and very difficult to walk on. Yet, this is a high pedestrian traffic spot, with people going between the Foggy Bottom and the Penn. Ave & Circulator bus stops, as well as walking towards Georgetown.
