Description

Light at intersection of Townsend and Main St sometimes skips and doesn't cycle properly through green for each direction, even when a long line of cars is waiting and has been waiting through 2+ cycles.

The light may skip a cycle, but WHY does it take FOREVER to change??? I avoid that intersection whenever possible. This is a STATE problem I believe and not a city problem. If it's a city light, then you'll be waiting for years for anything to be done.
