There is a parking ban on all of Pearl St. for paving, yet, for two days in a row, no paving is being done.

Actually I saw Pearl St. being paved at 11:40. Yesterday's non-event is certainly noteworthy though.

An email came this morning from Lisa of SoHu that said the paving yesterday was postponed due to the early morning rain and it would get done today. Sounds like it did.
