P. What is the exact location of the pothole, i.e., address and location on pavement? What is the approximate size of the pothole? If applicable, please add any additional location information (landmarks, intersections, etc.).
R. There are several large potholes upon entering the street they continue across the road so they are unavoidable. There are a few big ones as you continue down the street across from 28 Isabel. Please send some one to repair these I have repaired a flat already.
