Update - I've recently realized that the problem is actually mostly on Fowler Street rather than Seneca. In the one-way area of Fowler as it approaches Frederick Street and two-way traffic the sidewalks just disappear. Amity Road to Fowler street to Frederick Street is a busy commonly used cut-through to avoid Whalley & in the opposite direction Seneca to Fowler to Amity is a cut through.
Between Frederick and Amity Road the Fowler Street sidewalk/area is used by the businesses for parking trucks and cars, then the former post office parking lot, now fenced in, has more cars/trucks parked up against the fence creating further problems for walkers. The walker must choose to squeeze through next to fence or walk on the road. This area really needs some attention!
