I TOTALLY AGREE ....some ppl live in That Area been there All They Lives! so it becacause There Comfort Zone, home etc.. So music may be played at time family and friends stop by all the time! But for a total stranger, to come sit outside watch and judge other ppls way of life (which maybe unfamiliar) with ones view, Does not make One Rightous.. I know someone that has been living there for years.and from my knowlodge this area has been quiet. He cimplains to us at the office that there's a neighbor that's always outside taking ppls license plates, yelling at other ppls kids' and giving false information to the police which is making the area whichis very nice by the way worst than what it is....I BELIEVE THE NEIGHBOR IS BEING RUDE AND NOT MINDFUL OF OTHER PPLS PROPERTY AND SPACE!!!!!!

It's that right I was visiting. My sister the other day with my lady friend we were parked right in front of that address it looked like somebody was taking pictures right at us from that same address I felt so violated now I know I was not seeing things that is violation of privacy people need to mind their own business . I remember i asked my lady friend to pull up and away from that house. Trully a Satanist at its best the devil is a liar we all must pray for who ever that is maybe the good Lord will find her a nicer place to live cuz she was not ready for THIS.

I can understand the lady's point of view. She is actually correct in the things she has been noting and wanting to improve,, but she can't do it if the neighbors are so resistant, so it's better then if she just move. I got to give her credit for trying to get improvements made,, but.. you are right that the people living there for a long time are set in their ways.

The problem is she is not trying to fix things as to improve the neighborhood she is trying to make it into the way she thinks it should be. Which is not necessarily what is best for everyone as a whole.example: instead of complaining of the feral cat population in our area why not contact TNR groups to help with the situation instead of bashing the entire neighborhood I mean if anyone would really just stop and think does it really seem likely that it's the entire area that is constantly doing unlawful or bad things. Most likely it is that one person anyone could find things wrong where they live if all they do is sit and wait for something to happen like she posted about the trash cans not being put out or away at a property but I know for a fact that was because a tenant moved out and left them that way and as soon as the residents there came home from work the cans were cleaned and put in their designated area so please instead of bashing people live your own life I know I have enough in my life to keep me busy that I don't have time to observe the entire neighborhood to complain or call police on ridiculous non criminal acts such as children playing in the afternoon and making noise really that's what kids do leave them alone I'm just happy they have a safe happy place where they are watched and can have outside fun.

Many New Haven people know what kind of neighborhood Elliot St is. The photos she showed of all the trash that she wants the City to pick up.. it's true. But I understand that you all are used to it and have become comfortable with it. I do suggest she move.
