In response to Liz. Actually the city owns the sidewalks and the homeowner is responsible for shoveling. Repair and maintenance of the concrete for the sidewalk is the responsibility of the city and not the homeowner.

It is from private property, but there are overhead wires.

The property owner received a Civil Citation in 2018 regarding the condition of the property, resulting in a hearing and meeting with City staff more recently. We still expect compliance and are currently working with the owner.
