I have complained about 17 Stephen Street trash so many times I have lost count. Last night I came home and had to pick up the trash that the wind blew around. This morning I came out and the garbage can is tipped over and the trash is all over our common side walk. Why can't they put their trash in the back yard? I am so tired of dealing with this. This happens EVERY single week. Why wouldn't your office follow up since this is an on-going problem? Enough is enough
