Thanks Neighbor for your input, but I'm not one of those people who think because someone else does it, it's okay. West Morgan Street is littered with produce boxes from Trophy because they rudely, and illegally, are leaving trash cans and overflowing recycling containers on the pedestrian way. Might I suggest if you are upset about the garbage at the locations you describe, you start using this media-community platform and take pictures, as well as the councilors and RPD to enforce it. You certainly don't have to put up with their callous behavior - as we won't with the callous and illegal behavior from Trophy. Have a a great Sunday. The picture is one of several produce boxes that are in West Morgan that came out of the overflowing receptacles. There are also smashed tomatoes and vegetables in the street.

Had a chance to investigate cart at curb today and staff found that this is new service and the manager informed staff that they were missed and that was the reason for the violation, staff have informed him of collection times and if Solid Waste has a miss collection that he needs to call it in and return the carts to storage unless told to leave at curb to be collected by solid waste. No violation at this point, customer didn’t have collection times.
