Yesterday, a pest control company was at a unit (third floor, northeast corner of building) to deal with a bedbug infestation. Unfortunately, they left in the afternoon with the job incomplete and it doesn't appear they're coming back. There is a huge mound of furniture, large trash bags, and other debris piled in the parking lot at the rear of the building. Much of it was piled right up to the door of the rear ground floor condo and against a fence that runs between the condos and the adjoining property. Many of the infested items are not properly wrapped to contain the inestation or the wrappings are ripped. Multiple residents are concern this could spread the infestation to other units or even other properties. Also numerous filled bags were left on the balcony outside the infested unit and the door or window might have been left open. Tried calling the property owner/management company (CYC Realty at 518-785-9461) this morning, but got no reply.
