There is a blue Chevy caprice with a NC license plate of 6597cp that is always driving through the neighborhood playing loud music through loudspeakers mounted on the outside of the car behind the front bumper.

According to DMV, that vehicle cones back to a BMW in Winston-Salem. Because it is always possible that the DMV files are behind and the plate has been transferred, Captain Lull has sent out a "Be On the Lookout (BOLO)" to the Southeast District officers to keep an eye out for the car.
