These are biofiltration basins, which require regular maintenance in order to work properly. This maintenance not having been done, they are now just mosquito breeding pools and trash collectors.

I absolutely disagree with you in closing this. I have seen many many other postings that say acknowledged. This is NOT closed until it is fixed. I had the same problem with bushes that are blocking sight lines on the roadway. The city kept "closing" my issue and months later nothing has been done. This stays open until it is fixed. Great! I just saw where the tree was removed. Hopefully the stump will go next. Please tell me that someone is looking into the filtration planters!

I disagree. This needs to stay open until it is fixed. By the way, there is another dead tree just steps away from the one the city cut down. Couldn't anybody have looked around to fix that one too?
