This house has been a mess for months now. This is getting to be a bit ridiculous. It looks like the house has been sold, but it just sits there and the yard, weeds, and vines just continue to grow and grow and grow! No repairs have been made on the house and junk is still under the carport just like it has been for weeks. Nothing has changed but the ownership.
How bad does a property have to get before someone is held accountable? I know you guys are busy and I appreciate all your efforts, but this is to the point where something needs to be done now or maybe you would not mind moving the house to your neighborhood. That would work as well.

The yard was recently mowed but the results are a joke. Some parts of the yard were mowed and other parts were not mowed because of the utility stakes in the yard. It looks like there was zero attempt to use a weed-eater to get the overgrown grass and weeds by the street and around the stakes, so it looks terrible.
There are still vines overtaking the front of the home, there is junk on the front porch, junk under the carport, and the house is in need of work on the outside.
