The mail kiosks located on Fallriver Row court, Hildebrand Court, Mystic court, Endicott lane, and Green Dory Lane are over 45 years old and are in various stages of needing repair. perhaps it's time to take a look at replacing these with cluster boxes. on all but one of these streets, the mail kiosks are located on county property where there is no homeowner's association.
