Garbage collection was at 5:28 this morning and it was the men SHOUTING and YELLING back and forth to each other that woke me up. And it is always the garbage men; the recycling people are much more respectful. They were really good about this during the summer. Maybe they think because the windows are now closed they can resume their shouting match. Wrong! My windows were closed and I sleep in the back of the house but I could hear them loud and clear. If pickup needs to be before 6:00AM, the staff needs to be trained to be respectful of the people who pay their salaries. Please address the SHOUTING issue. And it's not just where I live. I have seen complaints on here from other neighborhoods too. Thank you.
