How do you know that nobody reported your car?

We've been wondering the same thing, regarding the truck parked on Olive D. Drive. Sounds like the "old boys club" double standard to me!

You know, I thought that there was a bylaw or a statue that says candiates running for mayor are given a certain amount of time to campiage, not when they announce their bid to run.That is another thing that should be looked into as well. Guys you are right hmm.. City of PA.

Not to support Greg on this, but where I have seen the truck, it is private property. If he has permission, it is no different than you leaving it a car sit in your driveway. On the street infront of your house would be different as that is city property.

I actually spoke to the Bylaw Officer who issued the ticket. She was patrolling the area and found my vehicle parked, with the extension cord plugged in, snow all swept off. The Dionne truck is on a public road, parked for days on end.

Even worse, the truck contains a message that is a lie. It states he cares about the city. Big Lie!!
I was kicked out of the mall downtown for picking up a few cans in the mall. They've threatened to
arrest me if I walk on mall property. I've been deprived of acess to Province of Sask. office, to medical
care I require & am being threatened. I'm a disabled person, have been cleaning up trash in the city & recycling
for months. My freedom of movement has been threatened & for what?
Mr. Dionne stated in a meeting where I met him face to face. " What would people say" - if they saw
someone recycling?? So he thinks recycling is an ambarassment to the city. He punishes people
who clean up the city for free, & threatens a disabled woman with going to jail for walking in "his"
city. We sure need a mayor like that!!!

Last I heard, the street is not private property. PPL are not referring to the panel truck at Lucky's Bar, but a small truck parked on Olive.

Probably it somewhat counts as a "sign". The election is comin up you know. And furthermore, who really cares - it's 2 vehicles that are displaying his desire to becoming that mayor. Not saying that I'll be voting for him - but jeesh - who cares.

He purchased a parking pass. Case closed.
