Opis

There is no address--it is several vacant lots filled with bamboo bordering the intersection of Stonewall Ave. and West 28th Street in Woodland Heights (23225). Now there are piles of dead bamboo strewn on the north bound lane of W. 28th St. impeding traffic to Riverside Drive. I believe the bamboo lots are owned by Stuart Harlow and this is a reoccuring problem. I was notified that the issue was resolved but I just drove by and the piles of bamboo are definitely still there.
