The local residents would be far better off getting this cleaned up with a dustpan and brush than waiting for the city to do it. I would do it were it in front of my home, or close by.

This is the fastest way. Waiting for this type of hazard to be cleaned up by the City just takes to long. I wish the City was more proactive but they are not.
