Lately, when I try to file a report on the app on my Android phone, I get an error message that says "Network Service is temporarily unavailable" even though both my data and wifi are on as is my location access. Not sure why this keeps happening and whether that's on your end or mine. Thanks for looking into this.

Investigated Monday morning. No apparent leak at curb box. Does not line up with water or sewer main. AWD will contact homeowner Tuesday 10/13 to see if it is a sewer lateral.

This has been investigated and no issues were found with water or sewer mains. We are still trying to contact the property owner for further investigation.
