Knowing that LED lights are proposed to replace all city of Raleigh street lights, why not redo the entire street now?

Duke Energy Progress responded stating there is an ongoing infrastructure repair/replacement project in this area. The street lights should be re-installed once this is completed. Please let us know if that does not happen and we will certainly follow up. Thank you for reporting.
