Description

13Th Ave between E21st St and E24th St has become a drag strip for cars to speed well above 30mph since there are no stop signs or speed bumps. 13Th Ave is a residential road with a lot of families with children and elderly. There is a lot of pedestrians at all times of the day. There has been many accidents to date the city needs to put a speed bump before a serious accident happens. An expensive solution that will save lives.
