There is a female ginko tree in front of my house that produces hundreds of seeds every other year. These seeds are enclosed in a sac that when stepped on produces a strong smell, and a stain that's hard to remove from an auto or clothing. People who walk on my section of Holmes Dale generally walk in the street to avoid the pile of seeds on the sidewalk. I'm respectfully requesting the City Forester to come look at the ginko to determine whether the branches should be cut back (to reduce the number of seeds produced) or the tree possibly removed. A neighbor of mine had his fremale ginko tree removed by the City several years ago and replaced with a couple of maple trees. Thanks very much for your help with this problem
