Checked out today on 11-18-15. Garbage, trash is still all over on far back corner of the lot. somebody has taken the three or four bags now and threw over the fence on property owner on Tracy drive. this is not the Tracy Drive garbage. plus all the trash that was not in bags is still all over the place..... what a hangout for rats, skunks, and coons, etc. This is not only a health issue, it is a issue of breaking laws. tell the landlord to walk to the back north west corner and see for him/herself . soon snow will be here , ; this must be taken care of NOW. the address here might be one of the three or how many apartments there are.... this looks to me like the pictgure was taken from the back of house towards Cottage drive. you are welcome to walk thru the owners of 117 Tracy drive yard to the far back, south east corner of property. Picture shown, there is a fence between the bags and the trash on the ground. all belongs to one of the units on Cottage Grove.
