Property (rental) first place east of 120 Cottage grove, Same place the excessive noise issues came from two months ago. at the far back corner trash has been set out or dumped there,,, bags are torn open and trash blowing around , been over two weeks since noticed now trash is blowing over the fences all over. and the animals are being drawn in to it. it woudl be the west side of property and the far corner. between 120 and this place. this is a hazzard... please notify whomever is the landlord of this issue..... we expect this to be cleaned up ASAP. Thank you, Did not have my cell phone with me to take picture
