There have been many issues where the bridge tender will open the bridge while people are on it or will open it when cars are entering the ramp. There are no flashing lights and/or sirens. This is a major public safety issue

While the "other" category in SCF is now monitored regularly by the City, it was not a year ago. Both now and a year ago, an issue of this level of seriousness should be reported the old fashioned, quick way - by phone - to make sure there is an immediate response.
Please let me know if this type of problem happens again. I don't know why it might have happened a year ago, and at this point I will be unable to find out.
