Description
After yesterday's pickup in our neighborhood, I have been picking up numerous scraps of paper in the gutter and parking. It is apparent that this recycled material is coming from the automated dumping process since I observed several pieces of paper fly out of the dumping process on my own container that I had to retrieve.
This automated dumping process is very prone to this sort of action when dealing with this sort of recyclable material especially when the driver has no view of this problem.

The trash has already been picked up, we do not leave that sort of crap laying around the front yards of our neighborhood. The intent of the report is to let the collectors and their management know that there is a problem with the collection system.
If management cared enough to follow their trucks around, particularly on a breezy day, they would most likely see for themselves that this is a problem everywhere not just on 6th Ave. N. where this report was created.
