Description

During rush hour the light should have both north and southbound falls turn lanes green. Currently the northbound lanes for falls along with the turn lane on the 540 E both turn green. Northbound Falls is backed up from the offramp from 540 which leaves no room for northbound Falls traffic to move. Happy in both north and southbound turn lanes green would for a better flow of traffic
