The green metal sidewalk trash can needs a new lid. The lid is a green metal ring that prevents large items from being put in the can. When the lid is replaced, it also needs to be secured with a metal cable to prevent it from being removed.

This situation with lid replacement needed for the sidewalk can has been formally reported to Richmond Solid Waste Management (Request #20020855147 ) so that proper inspection and handling can take place accordingly.
