Description

Animal cruelty / disturbing the peace, these people have been problematic before with previous dogs being left outside for hours at a time, disrupting the peace for the neighboring families and being cruel to an animal that just wants to get into warm house. Although warm out today, wet and damp outside, seems quite cruel to see dog barking and howling at door on back deck to be let in only to be ignored.
