Description

Before all of the construction on Water, it seemed like the light coming southbound from Franklin to Water had a reasonable cycle of wait time and then a reasonable amount of time for a green light. It also seemed to have a sensor. Now however, it takes quite a while to get the green and when it does go green, it is only enough for 2 cars to get through. Doesn't seem like it knows when a car is there anymore either.
